zactrack are pleased to announce the formation of the zactrack Academy, their new online educational platform of content to help users learn more about their tracking products.
The initial launch of video content covers the zactrack SMART system. This series of short tutorials cover everything from the initial set up of the system, how to fine tune your tracking, and of course how to remotely control it from a console. The content is deliberately divided into shorter videos to allow users to easily learn as and when they have time.
SMART is the world’s first plug and play automated follow system. System setup takes less than 15 minutes from unpacking the system components to 3D tracking for stage lighting, audio, video, camera & stage automation. zactrack SMART uses self-measuring “mesh network technology” to accurately calculate the dimensions of the stage without using any measurement aid.
Brand Manager Alistair Smyth explains the Academy purpose – “Our products make tracking easier for users but tracking overall still needs explanation & to be somewhat demystified. The evolution of our tracking products means solutions like the SMART system have become dependable and tour-able creative tools. This educational portal will help people see how easy it can be”
